The apartment is fully equipped. The layout is pleasant and functional. The air conditioning makes the apartment very comfortable during the hot season and ensures a pleasant stay. The owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful.
Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekker ruim opgezet. De airconditioning maakt het appartement tijdens warm weer heel comfortabel en een prettig verblijf. De eigenaar en eigenaresse zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Fantastic, clean, and well-equipped apartment in a quiet setting. Very friendly hosts who responded quickly to messages. The apartment’s instruction booklet provides clear and useful information, along with numerous brochures on local attractions and maps. Ample parking is available. The accommodation is centrally located, just a short drive from cities and towns, hiking areas, lakes and swimming spots, shops, and restaurants. We would love to return!
Flott, ren og godt utstyrt leilighet i rolige omgivelser. Veldig hyggelig vertskap som svarte raskt på meldinger. Tydelig og god informasjon i leilighetens instruksjonsbok og mange info-brosjyrer om severdigheter og kart over området. God parkeringsplass for bilen. Stedet har sentral beliggenhet med korte kjøreturer til byer og tettsteder, turområder, innsjøer og badeplasser, butikker og restauranter. Her kommer vi gjerne tilbake!

We were two families with small children and had a great time. The house is large, comfortable, clean, and well-furnished. The location is perfect, close to the Franciacorta vineyards and wineries, as well as Lake Iseo. The hosts were very kind. We recommend this accommodation.

This has been an amazing stay. We lived here for a whole month, and the host was incredibly warm and friendly. The furnishings made us feel right at home, with all facilities fully equipped. The surrounding area is also beautiful and peaceful. It has truly been an unforgettable experience. I hope I can stay here again next time I come to Italy. A beautiful country, with lovely people and stunning scenery.

Perfect New Year’s Eve: exceptional hospitality and a dream home! A 10/10 stay! Seven of us spent New Year’s Eve here and immediately felt at home. The apartment was recently and tastefully renovated: spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and two functional bathrooms. The hosts are exquisite and distinguished people. They welcomed us with care, providing us with extra accessories and even complimentary Prosecco! Since we were the first guests, the boiler had a small problem, but the owner fixed it immediately with rare kindness and respect. A special thanks to the owner for quickly sending us the blender blades that we had forgotten: a gesture we greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back, thank you so much!
Capodanno perfetto: ospitalità eccezionale e casa da sogno! Soggiorno da 10/10! Abbiamo trascorso qui il Capodanno in 7 sentendoci subito a casa. Appartamento appena ristrutturato con gusto: stanze ampie, letti comodi e due bagni funzionali. Casa full optional, inclusi posto auto e kit pulizia (detersivi vari), un’attenzione non scontata. Gli host sono persone squisite e distinte. Ci hanno accolto con premura fornendoci accessori extra e regalandoci persino un Prosecco! Essendo i primi ospiti c’è stato un piccolo blocco della caldaia, ma il proprietario ha risolto subito con una gentilezza e un rispetto rari. Un grazie speciale alla proprietaria per averci spedito velocemente le lame del minipimer che avevamo dimenticato: un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie di cuore!
